NOVELTY - Heavy-duty anti-corrosive paint comprises 15-20 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 5-10 pts. wt. polyester resin, 5-10 pts. wt. tetraethyl orthosilicate, 1-5 pts. wt. methylimidazole, 3-8 pts. wt. zinc powder, 3-8 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 4-6 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-7 pts. wt. quartz powder, 1-3 pts. wt. polyaniline and montmorillonite composite conductive material, 2-4 pts. wt. dye, 4-6 pts. wt. heavy calcium carbonate powder and 5-10 pts. wt. leveling agent. USE - The paint is useful for low pre-processing requirements on the ship (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The paint: is environmentally friendly, safe and convenient to use; has improved flexibility, sterilizing and weather resistance; and saves energy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing heavy-duty anti-corrosive paint, comprising (i) adding epoxy resin, polyester resin, tetraethyl orthosilicate, methylimidazole, zinc powder, titanium dioxide, graphene oxide, quartz powder, mica powder, polyaniline and montmorillonite composite conductive material, dye, heavy calcium carbonate powder and leveling agent in a chemical mixer, and mixing by stirring to obtain dispersed slurry, (ii) dissolving the dispersed slurry for 4-10 hours, (iii) stirring the dispersed slurry uniformly after static dissolution to a uniform dispersion, and (iv) filtering the uniformly dispersed dispersion slurry and filling by 200-400-mesh filter sieve to obtain final product.
