NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene doped with silica comprises dispersing excess graphene in water, stirring vigorously to obtain a uniform dispersion, adding tetraethyl orthosilicate and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide into the above solution, stirring the mixture for 10-50 minutes, carrying out hydrothermal treatment at -250 degrees C for 2-4 hours, separating the precipitate, washing and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified graphene doped with silica. ADVANTAGE - The grease has good service life, less friction coefficient (friction coefficient of less than 0.1) and good radiating property (thermal conductivity of more than 2.5 W/mK). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the silica-doped modified graphene is obtained by the above mentioned method; #use of the silica-doped modified graphene in preparing an antiwear agent or grease; and #the robotic harmonic reducer grease composition with modified graphene added, comprising a grease and a modified graphene doped with silica in an amount of 0.001-0.2 wt.% of the grease.
