NOVELTY - An anode material contains 1 pt. wt. graphene, 0.08-0.1 pt. wt. petroleum coke, 0.05-0.07 pt. wt. emery, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. carbon and 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. lithium polysulfide. USE - The anode material is useful for lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The anode material has excellent dispersibility, electrical performance, capacity and cycle stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of anode material, which involves performing oxidation reaction of natural graphite powder to obtain graphene oxide and reducing to obtain graphene powder, etching and drying and dispersing graphene powder in acetone to obtain graphene dispersion liquid, crushing petroleum coke into fine powder, pulping graphene dispersion liquid and mixing, adding organic carbon source to aqueous solution and stirring for 3-4 hours, continuously stirring and evaporating solvent, carrying out pyrolysis at high temperature of 800-1000 degrees C for 5-8 hours to obtain petroleum coke carbon coated graphene composite material at 110-120 degrees C, adding lithium polysulfide to 20-30 times water, uniformly stirring, pulping, centrifuging, collecting solid and heating, baking and placing in a tubular furnace, and finally cooling.
