NOVELTY - Eco-friendly graphene conductive film is composed of 130-150 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 10-12 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. fatty acid polyethylene glycol ester, 0.8-1 pts. wt. ammonium molybdate, 2-4 pts. wt. monoethanolamine, 3-5 pts. wt. dodecyl mercaptan, and 10-16 pts. wt. paraffin modified calcium carbonate. USE - Eco-friendly graphene conductive film for touch screens. ADVANTAGE - The eco-friendly graphene conductive film has high mechanical strength, particularly suitable for use as a touch screen film, and has superior comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an environmentally friendly graphene conductive film for touch screens, which involves: (A) mixing ammonium molybdate and monoethanolamine, adding to deionized water 16-20 times the weight of the mixture, raising the temperature to 50-60 degrees C, keeping it warm and stirring for 20-30 minutes; (B) adding dodecyl mercaptan and stirring to room temperature to obtain alcohol amine aqueous dispersion; (C) mixing graphene oxide and paraffin-modified calcium carbonate, add them to the above aqueous alcohol amine dispersion, and sonicate for 4-7 minutes, performing suction filtration, washing the filter cake with water, drying under vacuum at 60-65 degrees C for 1-2 hours, and cooling to room temperature to obtain modified graphene; and (D) taking the above-mentioned modified graphene and mixing it with polycarbonate and fatty acid polyethylene glycol ester, stirring uniformly and cast to form a film to obtain the environmentally friendly graphene conductive film for touch screens.
