NOVELTY - Preparation of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/graphene/cobalt (III) oxide (CO3O4) nanocomposite material comprises mixing 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene and concentrated sulfuric acid, adding graphene oxide (GO), mixing, adding ammonium persulfate, stirring in ice bath, and washing with deionized water; stirring in cobalt (II) chloride hexahydrate, adding sodium hydroxide and 30% hydrogen peroxide, reacting, cooling, and washing with water; and adding 80% hydrazine hydrate solution, reacting for 24 hours at 95 degrees C, repeated washing with ethanol and deionized water, and vacuum drying. USE - Method for preparing poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/graphene/CO3O4 nanocomposite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has wave-absorbing property, less oxygen-containing functional group quantity, and less graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/graphene/cobalt (III) oxide (CO3O4) nanocomposite material comprises mixing 0.2 ml 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene and 2 ml concentrated sulfuric acid, adding 100 ml graphene oxide (GO), ultrasonically mixing for 2 hours, adding 0.95 g ammonium persulfate, stirring for 24 hours in ice bath, and repeatedly washing with deionized water, where concentration of GO is 1 mg/ml; stirring in 1.4 g cobalt (II) chloride hexahydrate for 2 hours in PTFE liner high pressure kettle, adding 0.94 g sodium hydroxide and 4 ml 30% hydrogen peroxide, reacting at 160 degrees C for 24 hours, cooling to room temperature, and repeatedly washing with deionized water; and adding 0.1 ml 80% hydrazine hydrate solution, reacting for 24 hours at 95 degrees C, repeated washing with ethanol and deionized water, and vacuum drying at 60 degrees C for 24 hours.
