▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A selective hydrogenation catalyst (I) comprises graphene carrier and metal active component consisting of platinum, palladium, copper and/or nickel. USE - Catalyst (I) used for selective hydrogenation reaction (claimed) of hydrocarbon, such as cracked gasoline selective hydrogenation reaction and 2-4C selective hydrogenation reaction. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst (I) is relatively high in catalytic hydrogenation activity, good in diene hydrogenation selectivity, and good for prolonging the catalyst regeneration period. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of selective hydrogenation catalyst (I), comprising (a) washing graphene with 10 mass % of nitric acid for 1-4 hours, washing with water until it becomes neutral, soaking in 2 wt.% of diluted ammonia water for 1 hour, drying at 120 degrees C for 3-6 hours to obtain graphene carrier; and (b) preparing the active metal into a precursor solution, soaking the graphene carrier in the precursor solution or spraying the precursor solution on the graphene carrier to obtain a graphene-supported catalyst precursor, drying, and subjecting into reduction treatment to obtain the catalyst (I); and (2) application of the catalyst (I) in selective hydrogenation reaction employing a reaction temperature of 35-180 degrees C, a hydrogen partial pressure of 1-6 MPa, a liquid hourly volume space velocity of 6-10/hour, and a hydrogen-to-oil volume ratio of 40-400.
