▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing oxidized graphene-metal structure comprises (a) immersing a working electrode, a reference electrode and a counter electrode made of metal in a solution in which graphene oxide is dispersed, (b) applying a potential to the working electrode to dissolve metal ions from the surface of the working electrode, and (c) obtaining a structure in which graphene oxide bonded with metal ions are laminated on the surface of the working electrode. USE - The oxidized graphene-metal structure is useful as heat dissipation material of heat sink for light-emitting diode (LED) device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is economical and simple. The oxidized graphene-metal structure has excellent heat dissipation characteristics under process conditions, micro-scale pores and nano-scale surface wrinkles in hierarchical structure, very wide surface area and special structure for heat release, can be applied to LED device even with low voltage applied and short process time, is very effective at removing heat quickly from metal, and lowers equilibrium temperature and improves illuminance of the LED device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for oxidized graphene-metal structure produced by the above method.
