NOVELTY - A high-efficiency anti-corrosion surface-modified super-large graphene comprises super-large graphene surface-modified with reducing agent and polymerized to form a molecular-level water-dispersible modified layer. The mass ratio of the reducing agent to super-large graphene oxide is (8-15):1. The reducing agent is the reaction product of acid anhydride and electroactive monomer. USE - The high-efficiency anti-corrosion surface-modified super-large graphene is used for aqueous epoxy resin system, aqueous acrylic resin system, or aqueous polyurethane system. ADVANTAGE - The graphene saves a lot of cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the super-size graphene comprising weighing super-large graphene oxide, adding to water, and ultrasonically dispersing; weighing reducing agent precursor, adding to mixed solution formed by water and organic solvent, stirring, adding to graphene oxide dispersion, and stirring; reacting at 60-120 degrees C for 18-72 hours to form a black dispersion; and repeatedly washing.
