NOVELTY - The purifier has a photocatalytic device that is located inside a filter device. A centrifugal device (2) is located above a filter device and photocatalytic device. An outer shell (1) is set with an air inlet (11) and an air outlet (12). The photocatalytic device is set with a LED lamp (41) and a photocatalytic film (42). The LED lamp is located in photocatalytic film comprising three-dimensional graphene layer which is located between a substrate layer and a titanium dioxide nano-film layer. A nano-silver layer is located above the titanium dioxide nano-film layer. USE - Air disinfection purifier. ADVANTAGE - The photocatalytic efficiency of the titanium dioxide nano-film layer is enhanced by the characteristics of the three-dimensional graphene layer. The harmful gases in the air can be effectively removed, and the harmful bacteria in the air can be effectively killed. The thermal stability and excellent photocatalytic activity are ensured. The light catalysis efficiency is greatly enhanced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The photocatalytic thin film device is set with photocatalytic film mounting board (43) which is installed on screen in photocatalytic thin film. The filtration device is provided with a three-dimensional mesh sponge (31) and active carbon sponge (32) and sponge three-dimensional mesh. The LED lamp is set as UV light LED lamp. The base layer is formed of a nickel or copper mesh with a pore size of 0.01-0.6mm. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a photocatalytic film preparation method, involves depositing three-dimensional graphene on the substrate layer. The substrate layer surface oxide layer is removed, and the carbon source gas is introduced after 2-10 minutes. Tetrabutyl titanate is dissolved under the ice bath, and is slowly stirred into the ethanol or water, where the dripping speed is controlled at 1-2ml/min. The hydrothermal reaction is performed at 80-160 degrees C. The obtained sample is cleaned, dried and heated to 350-600 degrees C for 0.5-3h, and is slowly cooled to obtain substrate/three-dimensional graphene/titanium dioxide nano-film layer which is soaked in silver nitrate or silver ion solution for 10-120 min, and is heated to 200-400 degrees C to form titanium dioxide nano-silver layer on the film surface. The high temperature annealing is performed to obtain photocatalytic film at drying temperature of 50-80 degrees C, drying time of 3-4h and heating temperature of 500 degrees C.
