NOVELTY - Preparation of reinforced-modified thermoplastic polyurethane composite material involves mixing 50 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane particles and 0.5-1 pt. wt. thermally-reduced graphene for 3-5 minutes, obtaining base material, again adding 50 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane particles, mixing for 3-5 minutes, adding 1-3 pts. wt. hindered phenol and 30-40 pts. wt. modified montmorillonite-diatomite conjugate, mixing uniformly for 5-10 minutes, extruding in a twin-screw extruder, granulating and molding in an injection molding machine. USE - Preparation of reinforced-modified thermoplastic polyurethane composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides reinforced-modified thermoplastic polyurethane composite material having excellent heat resistance, mechanical property, damping property and dispersibility of thermoplastic polyurethane particles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of reinforced-modified thermoplastic polyurethane composite material involves mixing 50 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane particles and 0.5-1 pt. wt. thermally-reduced graphene for 3-5 minutes, obtaining base material, again adding 50 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane particles, mixing for 3-5 minutes, adding 1-3 pts. wt. hindered phenol and 30-40 pts. wt. modified montmorillonite-diatomite conjugate, mixing uniformly for 5-10 minutes, extruding in a twin-screw extruder, granulating and molding in an injection molding machine. The thermally-reduced graphene is obtained by sintering graphene in muffle furnace under inert gas atmosphere at 900-1000 degrees C for 20-30 seconds and cooling to room temperature. The modified montmorillonite-diatomite conjugate is obtained by adding diatomite and montmorillonite into a high-speed mixer, mixing, adding cyclohexane and silane coupling agent and mixing uniformly.
