NOVELTY - Preparation of polyhydroxylated nano-silver-graphene particles involves adding graphite oxide to sodium hydroxide solution, adjusting pH to 11, ultrasonically dispersing, centrifuging, obtaining graphene oxide dispersion, heating ethylene glycol, adding silver nitrate and ethylene glycol, obtaining silver nitrate mixture, adding polyvinylpyrrolidone, reacting, obtaining silver solution, adding resultant to graphene oxide dispersion, mixing, centrifuging, washing using deionized water, cleaning, oven-drying at 600-650 degrees C for 2-3 hours, and ball-milling resultant product. USE - Preparation of polyhydroxylated nano-silver-graphene particles (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of polyhydroxylated nano-silver-graphene particles having excellent electroconductivity and catalytic activity for long period of time, and suppressed generation of agglomeration. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of polyhydroxylated nano-silver-graphene particles involves adding ultrafine graphite having particle size of 30-40 mu m to 98 %mass concentrated sulfuric acid solution, cooling to 0-5 degrees C, stirring for 30 minutes, adding 4 g potassium permanganate, placing resultant mixture in water bath at 35-38 degrees C, stirring for 120 minutes, adding 600 ml deionized water, reacting at 80-90 degrees C for 15 minutes, adding 5 %mass hydrogen peroxide solution, filtering, washing filter cake using 5 %mass dilute hydrochloric acid and deionized water, placing resultant product in an oven, drying at 60-70 degrees C for 20-25 hours, obtaining graphite oxide, adding resultant to 400 ml sodium hydroxide solution, adjusting pH to 11, ultrasonically dispersing resultant mixture for 1-2 hours, centrifuging at 8000-10000 rpm for 2-10 minutes, obtaining graphene oxide dispersion, heating 6 ml ethylene glycol to 150 degrees C, adding 2 ml silver nitrate and ethylene glycol, obtaining silver nitrate mixture, adding 2 ml polyvinylpyrrolidone, reacting, obtaining silver solution, adding resultant to graphene oxide dispersion, mixing, centrifuging at 4000 rpm for 10 minutes, washing using deionized water, cleaning, oven-drying at 600-650 degrees C for 2-3 hours, and ball-milling resultant product.
