▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding optimization coating comprises frame base layer, graphene thin layer and number of filler particles attached to the frame base layer, where the frame base layer is a carbonized zeolitic imidazolate framework-8 (ZIF-8) metal organic frame, and the filler particles are nano ferroferric oxide particles. USE - As electromagnetic interference shielding optimization coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating can be conveniently coated on various objects to be shielded, is diverse, and less in limitations, does not cause any damage to the base material but can play a protective effect and increase its wear resistance, corrosion resistance and other characteristics, and improves shielding effect based on to EMI low frequency band. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the coating involving (i) preparing ZIF-8 type metal organic frame and performing carbonization treatment, (ii) using hydrothermal method to grow magnetite nanoparticles on high-quality thin-layer graphene and carbonized ZIF-8 metal organic framework material in a Teflon-lined reactor, (iii) washing and drying, adding dispersing agent and ultrasonically dispersing, and (iv) adding the remaining additives and uniformly stirring, and coating them on the surface of the target material to obtain the product.
