NOVELTY - The device comprises a cavity multi-chamber plate-frame structure, including cathode/anode regions, membrane stacks in the cathode and anode regions, a compression device, a pulse power supply, a DC stabilized power supply, and auxiliary equipment. The cathode/anode area is composed of a support plate, a pole frame, an electrode in cathode/anode chamber and a silicone gasket. The center of the support plate is provided with a pole frame, a pole water connection, and a water distribution hole and a bolthole. An electrode is placed in the pole frame and communicated with pole water pipe to form a pole chamber. The automatic control of solenoid valve and pump adopts PLC programmable logic control system, which controls the opening and closing of each solenoid valve and the liquid supply pump according to requirements to realize the control of the external liquid supply system. The buffer tank makes the material to achieve the purpose of stabilizing and stabilizing the flow. USE - The device is useful for bipolar membrane-electrically controlled ionic membrane extraction method for producing acid and alkali from salt lake brine.
