NOVELTY - Coating anti-corrosion anti-erosion modified epoxy resin on turbine blade comprises e.g. (i) coarsening surface of blade by sand-blasting, (ii) rinsing surface of blade with acetone and ethanol, and drying, (iii) mixing hard silicon carbide ceramic particles, graphene fiber and balance of terminated hydroxy liquid rubber modified epoxy resin to obtain slurry, (iv) applying slurry on surface of blade, and drying to obtain clad on surface of silicon carbide-graphene fiber-doped terminated-hydroxy liquid rubber modified epoxy resin wear-resistant corrosion-resistant coated blade. USE - The method is useful for coating anti-corrosion anti-erosion modified epoxy resin on turbine blade (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Coating anti-corrosion anti-erosion modified epoxy resin on turbine blade comprises (i) coarsening surface of blade by sand-blasting, (ii) rinsing surface of blade with acetone and ethanol, and drying, (iii) mixing 20-45 wt.% hard silicon carbide ceramic particles, 2-10 wt.% graphene fiber and balance of terminated hydroxy liquid rubber modified epoxy resin to obtain slurry, (iv) applying slurry on surface of blade, and drying at 90-130 degrees C to obtain clad on surface of silicon carbide-graphene fiber-doped terminated-hydroxy liquid rubber modified epoxy resin wear-resistant corrosion-resistant coated blade, where epoxy resin are of formula (I). G = epoxy group; R = H or alkyl group; and n = 2-4.
