▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of an aerogel of a two-dimensional (2D) material involves (a) providing a suspension of flakes of the 2D-material in a solvent or solvent mixture, (b) reducing the temperature of the suspension to below the melting temperature of the solvent or solvent mixture to form a solid suspension, and (c) allowing or enabling the solvent or solvent mixture to sublime from the solid suspension. The solvent or solvent mixture has a melting point of 20-300 degrees C at 1 atm, and a vapor pressure of 0.0001-2 kPa at 25 degrees C. USE - Preparation of aerogel e.g. graphene aerogel of two-dimensional material used in product e.g. electronic device, electrode and device comprising electrode (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides aerogel with superior electrical conductivity that provides enhanced performance of supercapacitor with improved charge-transfer resistance and enhanced Warburg resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) graphene aerogel, which is formed from sp2 hybridized-graphene that is in the form of flakes and containing 10 wt.% oxygen and/or greater than 80% carbon; and (2) solid suspension, which comprises the flakes of the 2D-material distributed throughout the solvent or solvent mixture that is in the solid form.
