NOVELTY - Graphene ethylene-vinyl acetate composite foaming material comprises 60-90 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 10-30 pts. wt. ethylene-octene copolymer, 3-10 pts. wt. coordinating agent, 0.2 to 1 pts. wt. stearic acid, 0.2-1 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 0.3-2 pts. wt. co-blowing agent, 0.3-1 pts. wt. silica, 2-10 pts. wt. talc powder, 0.3-1.5 pts. wt. bridging agent, 1.5-5 pts. wt. foaming agent, and 0.01-0.3 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Graphene ethylene-vinyl acetate composite foaming material used in materials of sneaker (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene ethylene-vinyl acetate composite foaming material has high elasticity and high toughness, improves tensile strength, elongation at break and tear strength, and has higher flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene ethylene-vinyl acetate composite foaming material, which involves: (A) pre-mixing of graphene according to raw materials, preheating ratio of graphene and silica and talc powder in a high-speed kneader for 15-25 minutes, and removing water at 85-95 degrees C with rotation speed of 25-35 hertz; (B) weighing foaming agent to the proportion of raw materials, and adding bridging agent to kneader for 1.5-2.5 hours at 85-95 degrees C with rotation speed of 25-35 hertz; (C) using ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-octene copolymer, and coupling agent according to the ratio of the raw materials; (D) pouring stearic acid, zinc stearate, co-blowing agent and premix into an internal mixer for mixing, and turning 4-5 times, and controlling mixing at 110-115 degrees C for 12-15 minutes; (E) kneading mixed mixture on the open mill, first thickening with thickness of 1-2 centimeter, and then thinning with thickness of 2-3 millimeter; (F) mixing uniformly in open mill, transferring to granulation, and carrying out in granulator; and (G) vulcanizing material at 170-190 degrees C for 250-350 second, and shaping product in an oven to obtain desired product.
