▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Repairing contact surface of electric device joint comprises (i) polishing and flattening the two contact surfaces of the device joint and carrying out alkali degreasing, and (ii) performing electric cleaning treatment, activation treatment, brush plating and passivation treatment on the two contact surfaces in sequence. The plating layer is silver, silver-graphite or silver-graphene. USE - The method is useful for repairing contact surface of electric device joint. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to repair contact surface of electric device joint, which improves the point contact phenomenon of electric connection, has excellent uniformity, adhesive force, thickness, conductivity and wear resistance, maintains long-term stability of the contact resistance, avoids the problem of abnormal heating in the operation caused by poor contact on the contact surface, reduces the contact resistance, improves the contact surface contact condition of the electric device joint (fixed joint), solves the problem that the existing electric brush plating technology, and the plating layer with high hardness and wear resistance property of the brush plating is not flat and difficult to achieve the uniformity of the plating layer.
