NOVELTY - Preparing flexible silicon carbide/graphene/manganese dioxide porous nano composite material and asymmetric solid supercapacitor involves providing anode material of supercapacitor which is flexible silicon carbide nanowire array/porous graphene/porous manganese dioxide nanosheet (SiC/HG/h-MnO2) which is self-supporting multi-level porous network structure with flexibility, high electronic and ionic conductivity and high load; providing negative electrode material of supercapacitor which is silicon carbide nanowire array/graphite carbon (SiC/GC) with flexibility, high electronic and ionic conductivity; assembling supercapacitor to coat solid gel electrolyte on flexible positive and negative electrodes surface; drying, and forming in air environment; and placing ion membrane between two flexible positive and negative electrodes, laminating together, and allowing to dry to obtain a flexible super capacitor. USE - Method for preparing flexible silicon carbide/graphene/manganese dioxide porous nano composite material and asymmetric solid supercapacitor used in textile wearable power supplies. ADVANTAGE - The method for preparing flexible silicon carbide/graphene/manganese dioxide porous nano composite material and asymmetric solid supercapacitor has high power and energy density, having three-dimensional network self-supporting structure with certain ordered pore size distribution, and has excellent electronic and ionic conductivity.
