▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen doped carbon coated silicon-carbon composite material comprises (i) mixing melamine as a nitrogen source, organic acids as carbon source, modified graphene as a conductive bridge in a solvent, adding silicon carbon composite material, mixing and drying to obtain wet slurry, and (ii) grinding the wet slurry obtained in step (i), sifting, transferring the material into the rotary kiln under inert atmosphere, heating at 100-500 degrees C, insulating for 0.1-5 hours, forming melamine, organic acid and functional structural component in situ after the modified graphene reaction is coated on the surface of the silicon carbon composite material, heating at 500-1000 degrees C, carbonizing for 0.5-24 hours, cooling and then sifting to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing nitrogen doped carbon coated silicon-carbon composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has simple preparation process and low cost; and is suitable for industrial production.
