▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nano-titanium modified flake zinc powder anti-corrosion paint 30-65 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 20-50 pts. wt. flake zinc powder, 3-8 pts. wt. organobentonite, 3-12 pts. wt. gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 1-5 pts. wt. nano titanium, 5-10 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 5-15 pts. wt. fluorocarbon emulsion, 8-20 pts. wt. curing agent and 10-50 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Used as nano-titanium modified flake zinc powder anti-corrosion paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint: utilizes nano-titanium and flake zinc powder, which improves anticorrosion property and mechanical properties and increasing conductivity of the flake zinc powder in paint and thus improving electrochemical anticorrosion effect of the paint film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing paint comprising (i) slowly adding fluorocarbon emulsion dropwise into epoxy resin, heating at 60-80degrees Celsius, reacting for 10-40 minutes, cooling to 40-50degrees Celsius, then adding nano-titanium dioxide and ultrasonically treating for 15-20 minutes to obtain mixed emulsion, (ii) degreasing and drying the flake zinc powder, adding nano-titanium, stirring and grinding in a grinder for 10-35 minutes, filtering and drying to obtain nano-titanium modified flake zinc powder, and (iii) adding mixed emulsion obtained in step (i), modified flake zinc powder obtained in step (ii), organobentonite, gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, curing agent, and solvent into a stirring vessel for high-speed dispersion at 900-1400 revolution/minute for 1- 3 hour to obtain final product.
