NOVELTY - This new utility model provide a kind of one through hole tube automatic hair scattering graphene device, belonging to machine manufacturing technology area, used for steel pipe can plant after hair pipe to punch a hole when expanding production in inner cavity of scattering graphene, reducing and enlarging machine top head and top rod and friction force of the capillary inner wall, reducing in rolling scar, increase in steel tube surface quality. The device comprises material storing tank, material dividing machine, feeding mechanism, electric control system, heat induction probe, roller, pedestal, protecting cover. Storage tank is equipped with stirrer, a vibrator. Below the storage tank with motor driving the auger, a quantitative feeding machine to provide graphite. Feeding mechanism installed on base of, by air cylinder driving, using graphite again returning back of material position back into the steel pipe inner cavity. Electric control system comprises detecting component, control component and operation box equal, for manual debugging and automatic operation of whole set device. Whole device is integrated together, structure is compact, leak tightness and corrosion resistance is good, the combined field condition, suitable installation and maintenance.
