NOVELTY - The apparatus has a metal plate (4) that is placed above container (1) filled with mixture of weak acid electrolyte (5) and expanded graphite worm (7). A platinum wire fixing plate (2) is embedded in the bottom of the container. The inner surface of platinum wire fixing plate is vertically welded with platinum wires (3). The positive electrode of the power source (6) is connected to the platinum wire fixing plate by a wire. The negative electrode of the power source is connected to the metal plate through a wire. USE - Apparatus for preparing graphene using platinum wire. ADVANTAGE - The proportion of monolayer graphene in the obtained graphene is large, and the preparation process is simple and easy.
