USE - Used as negative ion rubber composite oil-saving device. ADVANTAGE - The oil-saving device can improve the combustion efficiency of the fuel, saves fuel, and solves the problem that the graphene is easy to agglomerate in graphene negative ion card. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the oil-saving device, comprising (1) taking butyl rubber and chloroprene rubber and plasticizing on open mill, adding sulfur, zinc oxide, stearic acid, graphene/negative ion powder composite powder, accelerator and plasticizer in turn after wrapping the roll, and thinning out the sheet, and (2) placing for 6 hours, vulcanizing it on flat vulcanizer at 160degrees Celsius, punching it into small rubber cards, and bonding the adhesive layer to the card.
