NOVELTY - Elastomer-based broadband high damp composite material with three-dimensional carbon skeleton comprises 2-80 pts. wt. piezoelectric phase, 0.01-5 pts. wt. conductive three-dimensional carbon skeleton and 100 pts. wt. elastomer matrix material. USE - Elastomer-based broadband high damp composite material with three-dimensional carbon skeleton. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing elastomer-based broadband high damp composite material with three-dimensional carbon skeleton, which involves: (A) synthesizing conductive three-dimensional carbon skeleton prepared by Hummers method to obtain oxidized graphene aqueous solution and oxidized carbon nano tube, where mass concentration of graphene oxide aqueous solution is 2-8mg/ml; (B) mixing carbon oxide nano tube or grapheme water solution and carbon nano tube; (C) stirring the obtained mixture for 30-60 minutes; (D) adding porous polymer framework; (E) extruding the obtained mixture; (F) defoaming the obtained mixture at 50-95 degrees C for 12 hours; (G) washing with deionized water three times; (H) drying the obtained mixture at 50-100 degrees C for 12-24 hours; (I) modifying the surface of the three-dimensional three-dimensional carbon skeleton structure carbon skeleton; (J) dipping the obtained product in anhydrous dimethylformamide solution with concentration of 0.8- 1.5mg/ml; (K) reacting the obtained mixture at 30-50 degrees C for 18-32 hours; (L) washing the obtained product with anhydrous tetrahydrofuran for 3-5 times; (M) drying the obtained product; (N) adding coupling agent in the obtained mixture; (O) removing air bubble for 15-30 minutes; (P) raising the temperature of the product at 75-90 degrees C for 4-8 hours; (Q) heating the obtained product at 110-130 degrees C; (R) curing the obtained product for 6-8 hours; and (S) solidifying the obtained product.
