▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A zinc ferrite-titanium dioxide-reduced graphene oxide heterojunction photocatalytic degradation material comprises 4-10 pts. wt. nano zinxc ferrite hollow microsphere, 4.5-9 pts. wt. aminated reduced graphene oxide, 80-90 pts. wt. butyl titanate, and 0.5-1 pt. wt. erbium(III) acetate. USE - Zinc ferrite-titanium dioxide-reduced graphene oxide heterojunction photocatalytic degradation material. ADVANTAGE - The degradation material inhibits the recombination of photogenerated electrons and holes of titanium dioxide and zinc ferrite, realizes redox reaction occurs with organic pollutants of methylene blue and methyl orange, and degrades into non-toxic or low-toxic small molecules. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) water bath comprising cabinet body, baffle plate, heating plate, temperature control knob, drain pipe, drain valve, supporting leg, supporting rod, heating cavity, and pot body; and (2) preparation of the photocatalytic degradation material comprising adding ethanol solvent into reaction bottle, adding aminated reducing graphene oxide, nano zinc ferrite hollow microsphere, and t-butyl titanate, stirring, putting reaction bottle in ultrasonic dispersion instrument, ultrasonic dispersion treating for 2-4 hours at 50-80 degrees C and 25-40 kHz, adding acetic acid to adjust pH value of the solution to 2-3, adding erbium(III) acetate, water bath heating to 75-85 degrees C, stirring, reacting for 2-4 hours, and standing; and vacuum drying, putting into atmosphere resistant furnace, mixing gas by argon gas and oxygen, raising temperature to 480-500 degrees C, and calcining for 2-3 hours.
