NOVELTY - Manufacturing a heat dissipation sheet using graphene comprises preparing a dispersion in which graphene or graphene oxide is dispersed, adsorbing the metal salt to the graphene or graphene oxide by adding a metal salt to the dispersion, preparing a heat dissipation layer material in which metal particles are distributed between multi-layer graphene by reducing at least one of the graphene oxide and metal salt, drying the heat dissipation layer material, rolling the heat dissipation layer material and attaching a thermally conductive adhesive layer to the heat dissipation layer material. The metal salt includes chloroplatinic acid, gold chloride, silver chloride, copper chloride, and nickel chloride. The method includes 50-99.5 wt.% graphene or graphene oxide and 0.5-50 wt.% metal salt. USE - The heat dissipation sheet is useful for electric or electromagnetic devices. ADVANTAGE - The heat dissipation sheet: has very stable and excellent electrical, mechanical, and chemical properties; has excellent conductivity; effectively transfers and dissipates heat generated from a heat source in a vertical direction and a horizontal direction; and improves thermal conductivity in the horizontal direction and in the vertical direction due to the abundance of π electrons on the plane side.
