NOVELTY - Thermally conductive adhesive film comprises 40-70 pts. wt. film substrate, 20-35 pts. wt. conductive material, 10-20 pts. wt. flame retardant and smoke suppressant, 5-10 pts. wt. binder, and 1-8 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - The thermally conductive adhesive film is useful in flexible electronic field, and also useful in smart mobile phone, electronic skin, strain sensor, super capacitor and flexible solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The method adds conductive material, which does not sink but float on it during the curing process, covers diluted film substrate film to avoid conductive material from falling off, plays role of protecting the conductive network, improves conductive effect of the thermally conductive adhesive film, and prepares thermally and electrically conductive adhesive film with a three-layer structure by room temperature tape casting. The thermally conductive adhesive film has good performance, low cost, light weight, stable structure, high tensile strength and strong operability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing thermally conductive adhesive film, comprising adding the film substrate, conductive material, and binder into the mixer, stirring to form mixed solution with a certain fluidity, adding curing agent, stirring for 0.5-1 minutes, adding flame retardant and smoke suppressant, stirring quickly and evenly, casting to the template, solidifying at room temperature for 2-3 hours, casting a layer of diluted film base film on the surface when the interior is not fully cured, and curing at room temperature for 13-20 hours to obtain thermally conductive adhesive film.
