▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Oily modified graphene slurry prepared by (i) adding styrene, dispersant, co-dispersant (optional) and a stabilizer into a high-speed shearing grinding machine, and pre-dispersing for 10-30 minutes, (ii) adding modified graphene powder into the obtained pre-dispersion gradually, and dispersing uniformly for 10-30 minutes, and (iii) grinding the obtained graphene slurry at high speed until fineness of the slurry is less than or equal to 20 mu m to obtain final product, is claimed. USE - The graphene slurry is useful for expanded polystyrene polymerization. ADVANTAGE - The graphene slurry: has excellent dispersion and storage stability, and improved performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use method of the oily modified graphene slurry, comprising adding abrasive oily modified graphene slurry into white expanded polystyrene (EPS) material, and carrying out suspension polymerization, where the EPS polymerization system is composed of pure water, styrene, initiator benzoyl peroxide, dispersant active calcium phosphate and foaming agent pentane, weight ratio of pure water to styrene is 1-4:1, used amount of graphene is 0.5 wt.% of the amount of styrene, used amount of the initiator is 0.2-0.5 wt.% of the amount of styrene, used amount of the dispersant is 0.5-1 wt.% of the amount of styrene, and used amount of the foaming agent pentane is 7-10 wt.% of the amount of styrene, then foaming, and molding the obtained product to obtain a polystyrene board.
