▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Granules comprise reduced graphene oxide worm particles; and greater than or equal to 50 wt.% liquid, where granules have a density of greater than or equal to 0.02 g/cc. USE - Granules for polymer bag and polymer masterbatch (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The densified granules of rGO worms are easy to process yet can preserve the properties of the fluffy rGO worm particles. When mixed with a polymer, for instance, the granules break up into individual rGOW particles that can disperse uniformly throughout the matrix. Processing can be completed without exfoliation of the graphene sheets. The rGOWs can be densified, transported, and incorporated into a polymer system and exhibit the same functionality as if they had never been densified. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) production of densified carbonaceous granules (M1) which involves combining carbonaceous material with liquid, where carbonaceous material has density of less than or equal to 0.01 g/cc and comprises particles having average aspect ratio of greater than or equal to 3:1, and densified carbonaceous granules has density of greater than or equal to 5 times greater than density of carbonaceous material; (2) preparation of polymeric masterbatch (M2) which involves mixing densified carbonaceous granules with a polymer; (3) preparation of polymer composite (M3) which involves combining rGOWs with a polymer in a volume ratio of less than or equal to 2:1 to produce a polymer composite having a rGOW content of greater than or equal to 2 wt.%; (4) manufacture of polymer composite (M4) which involves combining rGOWs with a polymer in a volume ratio of less than x:1 to produce a polymer composite having a rGOW content of greater than x wt.%; (5) manufacture of composite (M5) which involves mixing a polymer with a granule comprising rGOW particles and greater than or equal to 50 wt.% and dispersing the rGOW particles in the polymer to produce a polymer composite; and (6) manufacture of granule (M6) which involves combining fluffy rGOWs with a liquid and granulizing the rGOWs and the liquid to produce rGOW granules.
