▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene micro sheet/nylon nanocomposite material comprises 50-100 wt.% nylon resin, 0-40 wt.% graphene microchips, 0-5 wt.% surfactant, and 0-5 wt.% antioxidant, where graphene microchips are sheet in form and are uniformly dispersed in nylon resin. USE - Graphene micro sheet/nylon nanocomposite material used for three-dimensional printing material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanocomposite material has improved tensile elastic modulus, dimensional accuracy, coefficient heat conductivity, and electric conductivity, satisfies technical requirement of fused deposition modeling process, and has improved mechanical, thermal and electrical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of composite material comprising mixing raw materials and fully melting; (2) three-dimensional printing material comprising graphene micro sheet/nylon nanocomposite material, three-dimensional printing wire material; and (3) preparation of three-dimensional printing material comprising drying graphene micro sheet/nylon nanocomposite material with three-dimensional printing wire and extruding at 220-250 degrees C.
