▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-based hydrophobic corrosion-resistant coating is prepared by (S1) selecting raw materials such as 20-30% E-51 epoxy, 5-15% diluent, 0.5% dispersant, 10-20% mica iron oxide, 10-20% superfine talc powder, 1% aluminum powder slurry, 1-5% modified graphene and 10-20% precipitated barium sulfate, (S2) preparing a mixture by adding the precipitated barium sulfate, superfine talc powder, aluminum powder slurry and modified graphene, and uniformly mixing, (S3) preparing base material by adding E51 epoxy and diluent into a mixing tank, stirring and mixing, and stirring while adding the prepared mixture, (S4) preparing corrosion-resistant coating by adding mica iron oxide, dispersant and base material into a high-speed disperser, making the modified graphene uniformly dispersed in the coating, and uniformly mixing, and (S5) applying the coating on a metal surface, forming graphene-based coating, and drying. USE - Graphene-based hydrophobic corrosion-resistant coating for marine ship hull protection, daily metal corrosion protection and metal protection in industry (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based hydrophobic corrosion-resistant coating has excellent corrosion resistance, viscosity and improved coating performance.
