▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide/ferroferric oxide nanofluid modified aqueous epoxy sizing agent, comprises (i) preparing nano ferroferric oxide particles using ferric chloride hexahydrate, ferrous chloride tetrahydrate and aqueous ammonia, (ii) ultrasonically depositing the obtained nano ferroferric oxide particles on the surface of graphene oxide to obtain graphene oxide/ferroferric oxide, (iii) taking obtained graphene oxide/ferroferric oxide as core and grafting with silane coupling agent-polyether ammonia organic long chain as shell to obtain solvent-free graphene oxide/ferroferric oxide nanofluid, and (iv) mixing the solvent-free graphene oxide/ferroferric oxide nanofluid with aqueous epoxy resin and water (as solvent) to obtain final product. USE - The aqueous epoxy sizing agent is useful for preparing carbon fiber epoxy composite material (claimed ). ADVANTAGE - The carbon fiber epoxy composite material has excellent thermal conductivity and interface bonding ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) graphene oxide/ferroferric oxide nanofluid modified aqueous epoxy sizing agent prepared by above method; (2) carbon fiber epoxy composite material comprising the graphene oxide/ferroferric oxide nanofluid modified aqueous epoxy sizing agent; and (3) preparing the carbon fiber epoxy composite material, comprising (a) desizing the carbon fibers to obtain desized carbon fibers, and (b) soaking the desized carbon fibers in graphene oxide/ferroferric oxide nanofluid modified aqueous epoxy sizing agent, and then adding epoxy resin and curing agent for curing to obtain final product.
