NOVELTY - The panel has an active region (AA) which is formed of graphene and an inactive region (NAA) that is formed of metal to cover the active region. The first wiring (111) is arranged in the center area of active region and also in the inactive region. The second wiring (112) is arranged in inactive region which is around the edge portion of the active region. USE - Panel such as touch panel, transparent display panel, and flexible display panel.
