NOVELTY - Preparing wearable silicone rubber conductive graphene printing ink comprises (i) taking 100 pts. wt. graphene powder, impregnating in silicone resin/acetic acid carbitol solution, transferring into ball mill, grinding using grinder, washing, and drying at room temperature to obtain silicone-coated graphene powder, where the graphene powder is a single layer or multiple layers and sheet diameter of 0.001-5 mu m, the silicone resin is methyl phenyl silicone resin, vinyl silicone resin, and/or methyl hydrogen silicone resin; (ii) taking 100 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 10-100 pts. wt. silicone-coated graphene powder, mixing and stirring to obtain base material, adding 200-500 pts. wt. volatile organic solvent into the base material, stirring, grinding many times by a three-roll mill to obtain dispersion, where the silicone rubber includes methyl vinyl rubber, vinyl MQ silicone resin, and/or vinyl polyorganosiloxane. USE - The method is useful for preparing wearable silicone rubber conductive graphene printing ink. ADVANTAGE - The method improves mechanical property and dispersion stability in the ink. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing wearable silicone rubber conductive graphene printing ink comprises (i) taking 100 pts. wt. graphene powder, impregnating in silicone resin/acetic acid carbitol solution, transferring into ball mill, grinding using grinder, washing, and drying at room temperature to obtain silicone-coated graphene powder, where the graphene powder is a single layer or multiple layers and sheet diameter of 0.001-5 mu m, the silicone resin is methyl phenyl silicone resin, vinyl silicone resin, and/or methyl hydrogen silicone resin; (ii) taking 100 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 10-100 pts. wt. silicone-coated graphene powder, mixing and stirring to obtain base material, adding 200-500 pts. wt. volatile organic solvent into the base material, stirring, grinding many times by a three-roll mill to obtain dispersion, where the silicone rubber includes methyl vinyl rubber, vinyl MQ silicone resin, and/or vinyl polyorganosiloxane and the volatile organic solvent includes toluene, dimethylbenzene, ethyl acetate, petroleum ether, n-pentane, n-pentadecane, n-hexadecane and/or cyclohexadecane.
