NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene comprises ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in water to obtain homogeneous suspension of graphene oxide, preparing microbial fuel cell anolyte and catholyte where catholyte is composed of potassium ferricyanide, sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate and sodium dihydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate, mixing with graphene oxide suspension, placing in anaerobic incubator, infusing with nitrogen to remove air, standing, discarding supernatant, adding dilute hydrochloric acid and ethanol, washing with deionized water to neutralize and drying. USE - Method for preparing nitrogen-doped graphene (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene comprises ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in water to obtain homogeneous suspension of graphene oxide, preparing microbial fuel cell anolyte and catholyte where anolyte is made of glucose, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium chloride, monosodium phosphate, ammonium sulfate, chlorine, calcium chloride, manganese sulfate monohydrate, ferric chloride, anhydrous disodium phosphate and magnesium sulfate and catholyte is composed of potassium ferricyanide, sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate and sodium dihydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate with pH value of 6.5-7.5, mixing with graphene oxide suspension, placing in anaerobic incubator, infusing with nitrogen to remove air, standing, discarding supernatant, adding dilute hydrochloric acid and ethanol, washing with deionized water to neutralize and drying.
