▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing silk-based flexible sensor involves (i) preparing silk, and rinsing with deionized water several times to obtain washed silk, (ii) preparing neutral salt solution and stirring to obtain uniformly stirred salt solution, (iii) preparing conductive suspension, and stirring at room temperature until uniformly dispersed, (iv) putting the obtained washed silk into the prepared uniformly stirred salt solution, and leaving still to form a three-dimensional space with a slightly soluble interface, (v) washing the obtained silk several times with deionized water to remove residual solute, (vi) putting the obtained silk into the conductive suspension, and ultrasonically dispersing, (vii) washing the obtained silk with deionized water several times to remove the conductive material that is not tightly bound, and air-drying to obtain a conductive silk with a three-dimensional conductive network structure, and (viii) weaving the conductive silk to obtain the product. USE - Method useful for preparing silk-based flexible sensor for real-time monitoring of human body temperature signal in wearable electronic device and flexible electronic skin. ADVANTAGE - The flexible sensor has the ability of flexible and sensing signal capture, excellent stability, air permeability and conductivity, and performs signal acquisition positioning and human body temperature signal monitoring. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing silk-based flexible sensor involves (i) preparing silk, and rinsing with deionized water several times to obtain washed silk, (ii) preparing neutral salt solution and stirring at appropriate temperature for appropriate time to obtain uniformly stirred salt solution, (iii) preparing conductive suspension, and stirring at room temperature for appropriate time until uniformly dispersed, (iv) putting the obtained washed silk into the prepared uniformly stirred salt solution, and leaving still for a period of time at an appropriate temperature to form a three-dimensional space with a slightly soluble interface, (v) washing the obtained silk several times with deionized water to remove residual solute, (vi) putting the obtained silk into the conductive suspension, and ultrasonically dispersing at appropriate temperature for a period of time, (vii) washing the obtained silk with deionized water several times to remove the conductive material that is not tightly bound, and air-drying at certain temperature for appropriate time to obtain a conductive silk with a three-dimensional conductive network structure, and (viii) weaving the conductive silk to obtain the product.
