▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing anode for a high-power lithium-manganese dioxide battery, comprises (1) placing the electrolytic manganese dioxide as the active material in an oven for high temperature treatment, and taking out to obtain the electrolytic manganese dioxide active material, (2) preliminary mixing and grinding the heat-treated manganese dioxide active material and conductive agent by a ball mill, screening and classifying to obtain a grinding mixture, (3) selecting the grinding mixture with the corresponding particle size according to the required battery power, adding the binder and mixing thoroughly and stirring to form a uniform paste and prepare anode mixture slurry, and (4) evenly coating the anode mixture slurry evenly on the current collector through a coating machine, blast drying, pressing into shape by a twin-roll rolling mill, and placing in an oven for blast drying to become anode for a lithium-manganese dioxide battery. USE - The method is useful for preparing anode for high-power lithium-manganese dioxide battery. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures that the battery has large power discharge capability to be further improved, and has excellent large current discharge performance.
