NOVELTY - This utility model claims preparing flake graphite-graphene heat conduction composite material system, the system comprising: a first ultrasonic mixing device, comprising flake graphite, graphene inlet, first ethanol inlet and a heat conductive filler dispersion outlet; the second ultrasonic mixing device, comprising polymer substrate inlet, a second inlet and polymer matrix dispersion outlet; the magnetic stirring device, comprising a material inlet and mixed material outlet, a drying device with mixed material inlet and a dried material outlet; extruder, comprising a drying material inlet and melt outlet; injection moulding device, comprising a melt inlet and flake graphite-graphene heat conduction composite material outlet. Thus, the system can be prepared with excellent heat-conducting property and mechanical property of the composite material, and the composite material compared to metal component has obvious advantages with low specific gravity.
