NOVELTY - The lamp has a lamp shade (1) equipped with a luminous device that is formed of a N-type calcium nitrate semiconductor layer (4) and a P-type calcium nitrate semiconductor layer (9). A substrate (7) is fixed on a surface of a graphene layer (6). The N-type calcium nitrate semiconductor layer is fixed on an upper surface of an N-type electrode (3) and a luminescent layer (8). The P-type calcium nitrate semiconductor layer (9) is provided with an upper surface of the transparent conductive layer (2). An upper surface of a P-type electrode (10) is formed with the transparent conductive layer. USE - Graphite heat conducting layer integrated LED lamp. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The lamp shade is made of transparent material. The substrate is made of sapphire material.
