▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing fluoride-free room-temperature cured graphene-silicone ultra-hydrophobic coating comprises (i) dispersing uniformly graphene oxide powder and silane coupling agent in solvent D, filtering and drying the mixture to obtain silane graphene; (ii) adding silane graphene into organic silicone and dispersing uniformly to obtain graphene-silicone slurry; and (iv) adding a catalyst into the graphene-silicone slurry, adding solvent E for adjusting the viscosity, and stirring uniformly, where the catalyst is a platinum catalyst, dibutyltin dilaurate or stannous octoate. USE - The method is useful for preparing fluoride-free room-temperature cured graphene-silicone ultra-hydrophobic coating. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple. The coating has good mechanical property, chemical stability with a static water drop contact angle greater than 150 degrees , and broad application prospect in the field of anti-electromagnetic shielding and anti-static. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for coating the fluoride-free room-temperature cured graphene-silicone ultra-hydrophobic coating on the surface of a substrate, naturally drying and solidifying.
