NOVELTY - Electric welding protective clothing fabric based on radiating graphene comprises flame-retardant fiber, skin-friendly fiber and reinforcing fiber, where the flame-retardant fiber is prepared by e.g. under the protection of nitrogen, adding 3-phenyl phosphoryl propionic acid, triethylamine and dichloromethane into three-mouth flask, then adding ethylene diamine and N,N'-diisopropylcarbodiimide (DIC), vacuum extracting and rotary steaming to remove many of the solvent, using silica gel column chromatography to obtain flame retardant auxiliary agent, adding oxidation graphene into three-mouth flask with dimethylformamide (DMF), adding the flame retardant auxiliary agent into the system, mixing uniformly, adding 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide-hydrochloric acid (EDC-HCl), continuously stirring and reacting, centrifuging and separating, drying polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) slice in drum air drying box, mixing and spinning by modified graphene by melt spinning machine. USE - Used as electric welding protective clothing fabric based on radiating graphene. ADVANTAGE - The electric welding protective clothing fabric: has skin-friendly, good moisture permeability, good elasticity, high mechanical strength, good radiating property and good flame retardance, has comprehensive protection effect to the working staff, adds graphene for melting and blending that is not reducing each performance along with the wearing time and the increase of water washing times. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Electric welding protective clothing fabric based on radiating graphene comprises flame-retardant fiber, skin-friendly fiber and reinforcing fiber, where the flame-retardant fiber is prepared by (i) under the protection of nitrogen, adding 3-phenyl phosphoryl propionic acid, triethylamine and dichloromethane into the three-mouth flask, then adding ethylene diamine and N,N'-diisopropylcarbodiimide (DIC), and stirring and reacting for 3 hours under the protection of room temperature and nitrogen, after finishing reaction, vacuum extracting and distilling to remove solvent methylene dichloride, then adding deionized water into the product, and using potassium carbonate to adjust the pH of the mixed solution to 8, then extracting the mixture by ethyl acetate, taking organic layer and washing by saturated sodium chloride solution, drying anhydrous magnesium sulfate, vacuum extracting and rotary steaming to remove many of the solvent, using silica gel column chromatography to obtain flame retardant auxiliary agent; (ii) adding oxidation graphene into the three-mouth flask with dimethylformamide (DMF), performing ultrasonic under room temperature for 10 minutes, adding the flame retardant auxiliary agent into the system, mixing uniformly, then adding 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide-hydrochloric acid (EDC-HCl), and transferring the mixed solution to 60℃ water bath, continuously stirring and reacting for 6 hours, after finishing reaction, centrifuging and separating, and sequentially for 3-4 times by DMF and deionized water, drying the product in vacuum drying box at 50℃ for 12 hours to obtain the modified graphene; and (iii) drying the polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) slice in the drum air drying box at 100℃ for 2 hours, then drying for 24 hours in the 110℃ vacuum drum oven, then mixing and spinning with the modified graphene by melt spinning machine to obtain the flame-retardant fiber. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the electric welding protective clothing fabric, comprising blending flame-retardant fiber, skin-friendly fiber and reinforcing fiber.
