▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing polymer functionalized graphene by ultrasonication, comprises (i) dissolving the polymer in solvent to prepare the polymer solution, where the polymer is e.g. polystyrene, polycarbonate, and polymethyl methacrylate, (ii) dispersing graphene in polymer solution, and stirring to obtain mixed solution of polymer and graphene, (iii) carrying out ultrasonic treatment of mixed solution of polymer and graphene to obtain the intermediate product, and (iv) filtering intermediate products obtained after ultrasonic treatment, then washing repeatedly, and drying to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing polymer functionalized graphene by ultrasonication. ADVANTAGE - The polymer functionalized graphene prepared by the method has high polymer grafting content, good dispersibility and stability in solvent and polymer substrate, and good mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing polymer functionalized graphene by ultrasonication, comprises (i) dissolving the polymer in solvent to prepare the polymer solution, where the polymer is polystyrene, polycarbonate, polymethyl methacrylate, polyvinyl alcohol, polylactic acid, polycaprolactone, polyethylene glycol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyimide, polypropylene, and/or polyethylene, and the solvent is tetrahydrofuran, chloroform, water, toluene, xylene, pyridine, and/or N, N-dimethyl formamide, (ii) dispersing graphene in polymer solution, and stirring to obtain mixed solution of polymer and graphene, (iii) carrying out ultrasonic treatment of mixed solution of polymer and graphene to obtain the intermediate product, and (iv) filtering intermediate products obtained after ultrasonic treatment, then washing repeatedly, and drying to obtain the product.
