▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene/titanium-based composite powder, comprises (i) selecting spherical titanium-based powder prepared by rotating electrode method as matrix material, and selecting soluble boride as the modified precursor, (ii) uniformly dispersing the soluble boride and graphene oxide to obtain dispersion liquid, then performing hydrothermal reaction, and then drying in vacuum to obtain boron-modified graphene nanopowder blank, and (iii) placing spherical titanium-based powder and boron-modified graphene nanopowder in a planetary ball mill for ball milling and mixing. USE - The powder is useful in preparing modified graphene/titanium-based composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene/titanium-based composite powder adopts non-metallic boron modified graphene to increase the specific surface area of graphene; has excellent stability and dispersibility, uniform coating on the surface of spherical titanium-based powder is achieved, and low energy consumption; and is suitable for industrial production and environmentally friendly; improves the material strength, relieves stress concentration at the grain boundary, and ensures strong plasticity matching.
