NOVELTY - The graphene barium titanate polyimide composite membrane material comprises N,N-dimethylacetamide, octadecylamine, pyromellitic dianhydride, barium titanate, graphene, nano-crystalline cellulose, acetone, cerium nitrate, silver oxide, nitric acid, citric acid, deionized water, polyethylene glycol, multi-walled carbon nanotubes, sodium hyaluronate, nano mordenite and nano-carbon sol. USE - Graphene barium titanate polyimide composite membrane material for high specific capacitance film capacitor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene barium titanate polyimide composite membrane material comprises 150-180 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylacetamide, 50-55 pts. wt. octadecylamine, 50-55 pts. wt. pyromellitic dianhydride, 100-110 pts. wt. barium titanate, 36-38 pts. wt. graphene, 23-25 pts. wt. nano-crystalline cellulose, 100-105 pts. wt. acetone, 50-55 pts. wt. cerium nitrate, 50-55 pts. wt. silver oxide, nitric acid, citric acid, deionized water, 1.3-1.6 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 0.6-0.8 pt. wt. multi-walled carbon nanotubes, 1.5-2 pts. wt. sodium hyaluronate, 1-1.3 pts. wt. nano mordenite and 1.5-1.8 pts. wt. nano-carbon sol. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene barium titanate polyimide composite membrane material, which involves adding nanocrystalline cellulose to acetone, stirring evenly, adding graphene, stirring evenly, ultrasonically dispersing for 8-10 minutes, coating the obtained mixture with a thickness of 100-120 m on a glass substrate, drying, heating at 500-550 degrees C for 55-60 minutes, removing the film to obtain graphene film, adding nitric acid, silver oxide, 100-105 pts. wt. deionized water and cerium nitrate to obtain mixed solution (I), adding citric acid and polyhexamethylene glycol, stirring and dissolving, heating at 85-87 degrees C in water bath to obtain gel, immersing graphene film in gel for 15-20 minutes, drying at 110-115 degrees C, heating at 500-520 degrees C for 2-2.2 hours to obtain modified graphene film, adding multi-walled carbon nanotubes, sodium hyaluronate, nano mordenite and nano-carbon sol, mixing evenly to obtain mixed material, adding octadecylamine to N,N-dimethylacetamide, stirring until the octadecylamine is completely dissolved, adding pyromellitic dianhydride, stirring for 4-4.3 hours to obtain polyamic acid solution with solid content of 15-20%, adding remaining ingredients to obtain mixed solution (II), adding mixed material, immersing modified graphene film in mixed solution (II) at a rate of 4 cm/minute, pulling, drying to obtain film, placing the film in calcining machine, heating at 60-62 degrees C for 1-1.2 hours, heating at 120-122 degrees C for 1-1.2 hours, heating at 180-183 degrees C for 1-1.2 hours, heating at 240-245 degrees C for 1-1.2 hours, heating at 270-275 degrees C for 1-1.2 hours and cooling to room temperature to obtain final product. The molar ratio of cerium and silver is 1:0.16-0.18. The molar ratio of citric acid to metal ion is 1-1.2:1. The molar ratio of octadecylamine and pyromellitic dianhydride is 1:1.
