▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composition comprises graphene, carbon nanotubes, 3-((2-(phenylamino)ethyl)amino)propanal based polymer compound (I), binder and solvent, where the polymer compound (I) forms a polymer by aligning adjacent polymers, and the graphene and carbon nanotubes are uniformly dispersed by the polymer compound (I). USE - The composition is useful in heat-dissipating sheet (claimed) for device. ADVANTAGE - The composition has improved thermal conductivity by uniformly dispersing carbon nanotubes and graphene, excellent transparency and excellent physical properties, so that it is not damaged by external impact and excellent shelf life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Composition comprises graphene, carbon nanotubes, 3-((2-(phenylamino)ethyl)amino)propanal based polymer compound of formula (I), binder and solvent, where the polymer compound (I) forms a polymer by aligning adjacent polymers, and the graphene and carbon nanotubes are uniformly dispersed by the polymer compound (I). n=8-20; and m=5-15. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for heat-dissipating sheet comprising a substrate and a carbon nanotube composite layer, where the carbon nanotube composite layer is formed by applying the composite material composition containing the carbon nanotubes.
