NOVELTY - Preparing dry powder extinguishing agent comprises (i) mixing heat extinguishing base, sepiolite powder, activated clay, graphene composite and coupling agent to obtain initial mixture, (ii) mixing konjac glucomannan and stearic acid, stirring in an argon atmosphere, adding ammonium persulfate and N,N-methylenebisacrylamide, heating reaction, adding montmorillonite powder, cooling and stirring, filtering and washing the filter cake, and drying to obtain desiccant, (iii) heating the initial mixture, spraying the emulsified silicone oil, adding desiccant, manganese hypophosphite and phosphomolybdic acid, and stirring to obtain final mixture, (iv) pulverizing the final mixture, stirring, drying and cooling to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing dry powder extinguishing agent. ADVANTAGE - The extinguishing agent has excellent moisture-proof performance.
