▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A flaky amorphous silicon-carbon-oxygen aerogel comprises amorphous silicon-carbon-oxygen ceramic coated on the surface of graphene oxide and forming a sandwich structure. The graphene oxide is in a flaky shape of the template and in an amorphous state. USE - Flaky amorphous silicon-carbon-oxygen aerogel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of flaky amorphous silicon-carbon-oxygen aerogel, which involves (s1) preparing a graphene oxide aerogel template by adopting freeze-drying method, (s2) mixing polycarbosilane and xylene to obtain a precursor solution, and (s3) preparing silicon-carbon-oxygen aerogel by combining a template method with a precursor impregnation cracking method, placing a precursor solution on the lower layer of a crucible, and graphene oxide aerogel template on the upper layer of the crucible, and (s4) putting the crucible into a tube furnace, heating at 100 ℃ at the rate of 5 ℃/minute and preserving heat for 3 hours under the protection of argon atmosphere with the gas flow of 0.2 L/minute, heating at 220 ℃ and preserving heat for 2 hours, and heating at 900℃ and preserving heat for 2 hours to perform a polymer cracking reaction. The mass ratio of polycarbosilane and xylene is 1:5-10, and the precursor solution to graphene oxide aerogel is 100-500:1.
