NOVELTY - A gypsum-based flame retardant fireproof coating comprises component A and component B. The component A comprises 150-200 pts. wt. gypsum, 25-40 pts. wt. talc, 8-18 pts. wt. fiber, 3-5 pts. wt. cellulose, 45-60 pts. wt. modified vermiculite, 60-80 pts. wt. modified perlite and 1-2 pts. wt. additive. Component B is 707 adhesive. USE - Gypsum-based flame retardant fireproof coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has effect of preventing arching and cracking, and effectively improving the fire resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a preparation of gypsum-based flame retardant fireproof coating comprising taking gypsum, modified vermiculite and modified perlite, mixing, crushing to obtain mixture 1, mixing fiber and cellulose to obtain mixture 2, adding talc and additive, mixing, adding mixture 1, and grinding; and (2) application of gypsum-based flame retardant fireproof coating by removing dust on the surface of the object, polishing, mixing components A and B, and water according to the mass ratio of 1:4.7:3.6, applying onto the surface of the object, drying, combining components A and B, and water according to the mass ratio 1:18-23:16-22, mixing, applying again to the surface of the object, drying, and repeating this step until the paint thickness is 3-7 mm.
