▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/copper base oil bearing involves ball milling components comprising 5-12 mass% graphene supported nickel powder, 6-15 mass% tin powder, copper powder, and 0.1-0.5 mass% oleic acid; press molding at 200-300 MPa into bearing shape; sintering molded product at 850-950 degrees C under protection of hydrogen atmosphere for 30-60 minutes; applying lubricant to bearing under vacuum; and baking to obtain oil bearing. USE - Preparation of graphene/copper base oil bearing. ADVANTAGE - The method produces graphene/copper base oil bearing with uniform organization, has good thermal conductivity, and has high strength and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene/copper base oil bearing comprises taking 5-12 mass% graphene supported nickel powder with particle size of 80-100 mu m and nickel content of 50-70 mass%, 6-15 mass% tin powder with average particle size of not greater than 45 mu m, and balance copper powder with particle size of not greater than 80 mu m as raw materials, and 0.1-0.5 mass% oleic acid as dispersant; ball milling components; press molding at 200-300 MPa into bearing shape; sintering molded product at 850-950 degrees C under protection of hydrogen atmosphere for 30-60 minutes; applying lubricant to bearing under vacuum; and baking to obtain oil bearing.
