NOVELTY - A Nafion (RTM: Sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer)-polydiallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride-graphene bismuth film modified electrode preparing method involves dissolving grapheme oxide powder in water and ultrasonicating to obtain uniform dispersion. The resulting dispersion is added with 35% polydiallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, continue stirred and heated, filtered the obtained suspension and washed, followed by dispersing in water, sonicating, adding Nafion (RTM: Sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer), sonicating and keeping aside, respectively grinding the glassy carbon electrodes with alpha -alumina, cleaning with nitric acid, ethanol and distilled water, drying, applying Nafion (RTM: Sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer)-polydiallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride-graphene complex solution onto the surface of the electrode and drying to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing Nafion (RTM: Sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer)-polydiallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride-graphene bismuth film modified electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the Nafion (RTM: Sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer)-polydiallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride-graphene bismuth film modified electrode with better stability and response sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A Nafion (RTM: Sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer)-polydiallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride-graphene bismuth film modified electrode preparing method involves dissolving 15-25 pts. wt. graphene oxide powder in 70-80 pts. wt. water and ultrasonicating for 20-30 minutes to obtain uniform dispersion. The resulting dispersion is added with 10-20 pts. wt. 35% polydiallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, continue stirred for 15-25 minutes and heated in a thermostat at 75-85 degrees C for 6-7 hours, filtered the obtained suspension and washed 4-6 times with ultrapure water to obtain the polydiallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride-graphene complex, followed by taking 10-20 pts. wt. polydiallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride-graphene complex, dispersing in 45-55 pts. wt. water, sonicating for 10-20 minutes, adding 2-4 pts. wt. 0.25% Nafion (RTM: Sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer), sonicating for 2-3 hours and keeping aside, respectively grinding the glassy carbon electrodes with 1.0 mu m and 0.3 mu m alpha -alumina, cleaning with 1:1 nitric acid, ethanol and distilled water for 30-40 minutes, respectively, and drying under nitrogen, applying 1-2 pts. wt. Nafion (RTM: Sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer)-polydiallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride-graphene complex solution onto the surface of the electrode and drying to obtain the finished product.
